These sessions can take place in a clients home, in a park, or occassionally in a gym.

            GROUP PT TRAINING

As with one on one personal training, individual needs of the client with be assessed separately, but the training will be geared to the goals of the group as a whole. 

More suited to individuals working in teams for a specific goal eg. 5 a side football teams or those training for a tough mudder. These sessions will be best for clients who are of a similar level, prefer to work in a group, are competitive with others or who would like a slightly cheaper alternative to one on one personal training.

These sessions will take place in a park or green space.

Want a programme you can do on your own? Beginner to training but don't want to waste your time with sessions that won't give you results? Been going to the gym for a while but not seeing the results you desire? We can discuss your goals, training you're already doing (if any), diet and lifestyle and design a plan to help you reach your goals.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND TESTING
Fitness assessment and testing is great to establish a starting point and to judge progress after a training cycle.
Fitness assessment does three things:
Firstly it gives us an idea of where we are starting from and how much work we need to do to reach your goal. 
Secondly it allows us to measure you against normalisation charts and find out where you are in relation to the general public. 
Finally using the data gathered in the assessment we can decide where your strengths and weaknesses lie and what areas we need to work on to reach your goals. We can determine issues in postural alignment, musclular imbalances and flexibility issues all of which can be improved. We can establish not only your goals but your needs as well from a physiological and biomechanical perspective.
