GROUP PT TRAINING
As with one on one personal training, individual needs of the client with be assessed separately, but the training will be geared to the goals of the group as a whole.
More suited to individuals working in teams for a specific goal eg. 5 a side football teams or those training for a tough mudder. These sessions will be best for clients who are of a similar level, prefer to work in a group, are competitive with others or who would like a slightly cheaper alternative to one on one personal training.
These sessions will take place in a park or green space.
